Casall Training of the Day, or T.O.D., is a pocket-sized personal trainer, helping you to track and maximise your home training, making it both holistic and social.
T.O.D. consists of 75 training programs and 130 exercises in three different levels, designed by personal trainers Matthew Griffiths and Elaine Rydberg. The first three exercise categories released will be Cardio, Strength & Shape.
